Returns & Exchanges

At OWND!, we want you to love your style; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
